Gildan 2400 Ultra Cotton — our long sleeve
The fabric
A heavyweight 6.0 oz/yd² (203 g/m²) long sleeve in 100% cotton. No polyester, no blends. This is the sturdy one — thicker yarn, denser knit, built to take a winter rather than a warm afternoon. It's not the featherweight feel of our everyday tee, and it isn't trying to be. It's the shirt you pull on when it's cold and you're going outside anyway.
Preshrunk jersey, so it comes back from the wash the size it went in.
How it's built
The body is knitted as one continuous tube, so there's nothing running down your ribs. Quarter-turned during cutting, which stops a permanent crease forming down the front. Taped neck and shoulders to hold the shape, a 7/8" (2.2 cm) ribbed collar, ribbed cuffs that grip the wrist instead of sliding down your hand, and a double-needle bottom hem. Classic straight fit — no tapering, no fuss.
The ribbed cuffs are cotton too. Nothing stretchy hiding in them.
The tag comes out
It's a tear-away label — and a recycled one. Grab it, pull once, it's gone. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out halfway through a Tuesday.
Where it comes from
The cotton is grown and spun into yarn in the maker's own mills, then knit, dyed and sewn in factories they own and run themselves — WRAP-certified, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, low-impact dyes. Owning the whole chain is boring. It's also the only reason anyone can answer this question honestly.
Then it comes to us, and we print it after you order it. Never before. No warehouse, no unsold stock, no rush.
This is the warm one. If you want light and everyday, that's our short sleeve — and if you want heavy and broken-in, that's our premium tee.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
CARE
Turn it inside out before washing — the print will thank you. Cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent. No bleach, ever.
Air dry if you can. If you're using a dryer, keep it low and don't throw it in with your heaviest stuff.
Treat it well and it'll last. That's the whole point.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Every tee is printed to order — no warehouse, no shortcuts, nothing sitting in a box waiting for someone to want it.
No customs charges. Nothing extra to pay when it lands, wherever you are.
Orders usually leave us within 3–4 working days. You'll get tracking the moment yours ships.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
My name's not Jeff and this isn't Amazon — but it's worth the wait.
RETURNS
If something's not right, we'll sort it. No scripts, no runaround — email wecare@viricotton.com and a human answers.
If it's our fault — wrong item, a printing fault, damaged on the way — we fix it at our cost. Replacement or refund, your call. Don't pay to send anything back before you've spoken to us.
If you've changed your mind — if you're in the UK or the EU you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
Two honest things about that. Return postage is at your own cost — we don't provide a prepaid label. And the shirt needs to come back unworn and unwashed; if it comes back in a state we couldn't reasonably resell, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
We'll refund within 14 days of you telling us you're cancelling — including the standard delivery you originally paid — though we may hold off until the shirt is back with us, or you've shown us proof it's on its way.
To cancel, just email wecare@viricotton.com with your order number and tell us you're cancelling. That's enough. There's no form to fill in and no hoop to jump through.
Ordering from outside the UK and EU? We apply the same 14-day window as our own policy. We'd rather be consistent than clever.
If it goes wrong later — your statutory rights don't expire when the 14 days do. If a print cracks or a seam gives out in normal wear, tell us and we'll put it right.
Still not sure about something? Just ask — wecare@viricotton.com. I read every single one personally. No bots, no scripts.
100% satisfaction. That's not a policy — it's just how we do things.

WHY VIRI?
-
NOT FOR EVERYONE. INTENTIONALLY.
Most tees blend in. That's fine — they're not for us either. Viri is for the ones who notice things others walk past. Who'd rather start a conversation than avoid one. Who wear their worldview without needing to explain it.
It takes a certain kind of person to wear a certain kind of tee.
-
ART ON COTTON. NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS.
No polyester. No blends. No hollow sustainability speech. Just 100% cotton and designs that actually mean something — made by people who care what goes on them. Every piece is printed when you order it. No warehouse. No waste. No rush.
Worth the wait.
-
INDEPENDENT. STILL.
No billion-dollar parent company. No trend forecasts. No algorithm telling us what to make next. Just two people making art-driven tees with grit, soul, and a quiet refusal to be boring. If it doesn't feel right, it doesn't get made.
Deadpan with a pulse.

FAQs
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
No. Every tee is printed to order and sent to you with no customs charges — nothing extra to pay when it arrives, wherever you are.
How long will it take to get my tees?
Every tee is printed to order — no warehouse, no shortcuts. Orders usually leave us within 3–4 working days, and you'll get tracking as soon as yours does. How long it takes after that depends where you are. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I return or replace something?
If something's not right, we'll sort it — email wecare@viricotton.com and a human answers.
If it's our mistake, we cover everything. If you've simply changed your mind and you're in the UK or EU, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, then send it back within another 14 days — return postage is at your own cost, as we don't provide a prepaid label. Send it back unworn and unwashed and we'll refund within 14 days, including the standard delivery you paid.
Full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page. Or just ask.
What size should I get?
Sizing can be tricky — so we've put a size guide at the top of every product page with exact shirt measurements, in inches and centimetres. No guessing, no surprises.
Based on customer feedback, if you're after a more relaxed or oversized fit, size up.
Still unsure? Drop us an email at wecare@viricotton.com — we're happy to help you find the right fit.
What's the difference between Everyday and Premium tees?
Both are 100% cotton. Both are worth wearing. The difference is in the feel.
Everyday tees are printed on Gildan Softstyle — lightweight, smooth, and built for daily wear. Soft ring-spun cotton, modern classic fit, comfortable from the first wear.
Premium tees are printed on Comfort Colors 1717 — heavier, garment-dyed for that broken-in feel straight out of the bag. Rich colours, relaxed fit, and barely any shrinkage. The kind of tee that gets better with every wash.
Neither is wrong. It just depends on what you're after.
